Manager/Senior Manager - Retail Sales - Banking Channel - Asset Management Firm (5-8 yrs)
The client is a leading player in Asset Management space and seeking to hire Retail Sales (Banking Channel) professionals to be based out of Mumbai.
Key Responsibility :
- Effective and Productive engagement with the Alliance Partners
- Achieve the Gross Sales and Net Sales Budget of the Alliance Channel
- Ensure high productivity of the Alliance channel through sales of high margin products
- Provide Product presentations, effective delivery of product positioning while providing a high level of service delivery
- Engage & effectively utilize the Fund Managers for local market visit
Job Requirements :
Qualifications - MBA, Graduates.
Experience - 5 to 8 Years (BFSI)
Functional Competencies :
- Strong understanding of Financial Products and relevant parameters
- Knowledge of Due Diligence process for onboarding distributors
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Behavioral Competencies : Strong Communication & presentation skills, Networking, Influencing, Collaboration, Target Orientation
