Position: Manager/Senior Manager (Recruitment/Talent Acquisition)

Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai

Requisites:

- Full time MBA post graduates with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in core recruitment domain

- Should have an experience in hiring risk auditors, Internal Auditors, IT Auditors, ERP auditors, SOX compliance auditors etc.

- Should have big 4 experience or a Tier 2 risk consulting firm experience

- Should have an experience in handling recruitment for multiple locations

- Should have a good hands on experience of sourcing through job portals

- Should have handled multiple sourcing partners in the past

- Should have team handling experience

- Should be well connected in the market

- Must have an executive presence

Responsibilities:

- Responsibilities to resource planning for Yearly & quarterly basis to meet the headcount requirements

- Responsibilities to attract right pool of resources through different channels like Job portal, Social Media (LinkedIn), Sourcing Partners, Campus & through internal references

- Responsibilities Stakeholder Management Internal (Partners/AD/SM- s) & External

- Responsibilities to highlighting the risks in advance & ensure Zero surprise environment

- Responsibilities of MIS reporting to the Senior Leadership in terms of numbers & metrics
