Role : Automotive - (Products) - Manager & Senior Manager
Location : Delhi /Mumbai
Job Description :
1. Domestic consulting experience is preferred.
2. Experience in Automotive industry and work around Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing.
3. Should have managed teams and led/owned role/project delivery
4. The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.
5. The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C - Suite- executives.
- Experience in strategy projects with an Auto OEM in India or abroad with any of the following skills:
(A) Manufacturing Strategy in Automotive Environment
(B) Sales and Marketing in Automotive Environment
(C) Supply Chain Management in Automotive Environment
(D) Procurement Management/S&OP in Automotive Environment
Key responsibilities-
1. Project Delivery: The candidate will be required to work with senior with strategy professionals and will be expected to:
- Define project scope and deliverables,
- Manage delivery and project economics
- Manage project risk
- Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions with the client team
2. Business Development: In addition to project delivery, the candidate will be expected to:
- Identify and work on business development opportunities
- Lead or be part of client site visits and presentations
- Lead or support the preparation of proposal documents
3. People Development: People development will be a key attribute of this profile. The role will require the candidate to:
- Perform the role of coach for clients and help shape client needs/issues into opportunities
- Perform the role of a career counselor/guide for team members
- Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
- Participate in practice engagement initiatives
4. Domain Development: One of the key expectations from this position would be practice development efforts comprising of:
- Creation of assets /research papers encapsulating project deliverables and case studies
- Extending support to the development of marketing collaterals comprising of - point-of-views- on leading operations practices/industry insights that can be leveraged in C-suite stakeholders
