Only candidates based in and around Gurgaon and candidates from Real estate/Constructions industry need only apply  - Negotiations of major building materials   - Vendor performance in terms of price change, quality & delivery  - Maintain minimum execution/turnover time of indent s raised by site/contractor in terms of release of approval  - Maintenance & up-gradation of vendor database.  - Achieving the lowest landed rates of building material like cement, steel, tiles etc at site.  - Raising the proposal on cement/steel purchase for the management approval.  - Enhancing the vendor database on PAN-India Basis.  - Managing the vendor relationship on continuous basis.   - Vendor relationship management, handling negotiations, written communication - internal & external, strategic tie - up with vendors.Vendor evaluation - pre & post ordering, maintaining & updating vendor database, leading of existing staff in purchase organization etc.
