Manager/Senior Manager - Process Re-engineering - Six Sigma/Blackbelt - BFSI

Qualification: MBA (Finance) from Premier institutes / Chartered Accountant will be preferred

Industry: BFSI. preferably from Banks & NBFC's ...not from insurance / From Big4 Consultancy firms with relevant experience

CTC: 10-15 Lacs / Negotiable

Location- Mumbai (New Marine Lines)

Specific pointers:

Knowledge of framing of business policies and processes.

Process Re-Engineering - with particular focus on the practical use and concepts of lean six sigma.

Expert understanding of Retail Assets Business in Banking NBFCs.

Prior experience of working consulting firms (Big 4) or financial services sector.

Good understanding of application software of Retail Assets Business.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Hands-on in data analysis and working knowledge of process flow chart tools like MS Visio etc

Must have good people management skills.

New process documentation and rollout.

Periodic review and revision of existing processes.

Process implementation check.

To maintain process repository with version control.
