Manager/Senior Manager - M&A - Consulting Firm

We have an urgent requirement for Manager / Sr. Manager - M&A for one of our clients, which is an MNC Consulting Firm, for their Gurgaon location.

Details of the position :

Position : Manager / Sr. Manager - M&A

Location : Gurgaon

Desired profile:

Supporting transaction execution and business development initiatives, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability over time

Good exposure to deal origination to closure

Preparation of pitches, proposals and other marketing materials

Writing and preparing transaction related documentation (e.g. teaser, information memorandum, corporate profiles, industry analysis etc.)

Ability to work independently on pitches, transaction documents and financial models

Managing and training Analysts/Associates

Identifying and developing business opportunities with seniors

Financial Modelling (analysis of historical financials and preparation of projections)

Valuation of companies/businesses using various valuation methodologies

5 to 8 years of experience in an Investment Banking firm /Corporate Finance team of a Big 4 accounting firm / CEO's office role

CA or MBA in Finance

Excellent MS Office skills

Strong analytical and accounting skills

Conversant with preparation of pitches/proposals for transactions

Conversant with preparation of documents for transactions

Salary Range : 23 Lacs to 28 Lacs p.a.
