Job Description :

- Handling litigation - High Court Matters, Arbitration And Consumer Forum

- Follow up with other criminal cases filed by and against the company

- Handling Consumer disputes before State Commission and District Forum

- Handling of suits and appeals pertaining to Contract Act, IPR litigation and various other Civil and Commercial Laws in Civil Court

- Renewal of Franchisee Contracts- Beverage and Foods division

- Updating list of validity of the contracts and maintaining the records of the same

Reporting To : Head-Legal

Experience : 6+ Years
