Commercial work :   Demonstrated (hands on experience) subject matter knowledge in structuring, drafting, negotiating and closing all types of transactions;   - Agreements such as - franchisee agreements, sponsorship agreements, production contracts, artist / commentator agreements, Inter-company contracts, commercial / procurement agreements  - Building contract and compliance checklist and processes  - Assisting in litigation w.r.t. the technical, corporate and commercial legal issues   Legal Advisory work :  - Providing sound and practical legal advice pertaining to all the above mentioned litigation, corporate and commercial legal issues inter alia under contract law, property law, IT / IPR laws, anti-trust law, foreign exchange, banking issues etc.   - Build contract and compliance checklist and process  - Turnaround time - time taken to close contracts  - Timeline adherence for assignments handled  - Ensure there are no lapses in terms of company secretarial and compliance  - Advisory quality and risk mitigation  - Contract drafting, good negotiation, and execution skills i.e. ability to draft, negotiate and close transactions independently with minimal supervision  - Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a team and a fast-paced dynamic business environment  - Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate legal issues and solutions in an articulate, precise and effective manner  - Well aware of general and sector specific laws  - Demonstrated (hands on experience) subject matter knowledge in company secretarial and compliance monitoring
