We are hiring for an Exclusive mandate with one of our client a reputed NBFC group.  Qualification : LLB Graduate  Job Description :   - Candidates from banking sector or Law Firms who have experience on Corporate legal side are suitable for this.  - Must have experience in real estate laws i.e. loan against properties etc.  - Must be well versed with laws relating to companies act, corporate laws, contract laws, transfer of property act, issue of public/private debenture issuance, banking  - Must have continuous 3-4 years experience of handling lending transaction /financing transaction in a reputed law firm or lending institution (banks/NBFC)  - Must have ability to independently draft the entire set of financing and security documents and have done the same in lending institution or law firm for continuous period of at least 3-4 years, negotiate and finalize the Financing and security documents required for the deals  - Must have ability to handle the issues relating to investigation of title of property and given due diligence opinion on title of property either in law firm/Banks/NBFCs  - Should have handled restructuring deals which are compliant with applicable laws, regulation and guidelines.  - Must possess good knowledge of RBI and SEBI circulars, guidelines and directions  - Should have knowledge of various lending products like loan against property, loan against shares, structured financing, Equipment Finance and Equipment Leasing etc  - Should have experience of preparation/drafting plaint, complaint, FIR, written statement, reply, notices etc independently.  - The candidate should also posses the experience in handling the matters relating to recovery of dues, repossession of the leased assets etc.  - Candidates with an experience in BFSI, NBFC or Law Firms possessing the above mentioned skill sets would be eligible for the role.
