Please find the job details  Client is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with a solid work history and proven communication skills to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment providing support in all legal aspects of its business to include, but not limited to, contract drafting, negotiation, review and interpretation. -   ROLE : Legal Counsel  DESIGNATION : Senior Manager / Manager  LOCATION : Gurgaon  YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 7+ plus years  QUALIFICATIONS : LLB   REPORTING TO : DGM Legal  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   - Commercial contract drafting, negotiation, review and interpretation for business to be conducted in India and other jurisdictions worldwide.   - Provide advice and litigation support on matter relating to employment law, risk management, dispute resolution and contract management issues.  - Provide general advice and counsel to all levels of business management.   STRATEGIC INPUTS / SKILLS REQUIRED   - Law Degree, at least 10 years of experience in a corporation and/or law firm handling corporate, commercial and transactional matters including meaningful experience in negotiating and documenting complex commercial transactions. Experience in services outsourcing transactions is preferred.  - Strong academic credentials  - Established track record working quickly, accurately and independently with minimal supervision to produce a high-quality work product.  - Solid background in contract drafting, review and interpretation.  - Hands-on experience analyzing complicated factual situations and applying legal knowledge then advising clients in terms that are easily understood by business clients.  - Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to use good judgment and common sense when interacting with both internal and external clients and peers.   If you are interested kindly share your updated resume or contact me Mobile - 8420577308
