Reviewing and handling litigations under civil, criminal and commercial laws and to make appropriate strategy for the same.  - Drafting / Vetting of Plaints, Complaints, Written Statements / Claims /Counter Claim, Replies, Rejoinder & Affidavits etc in legal matters of the Company  - Co-ordinate with Advocates / Counsels / Solicitors firm for their advice in respect of the legal matters of the Company and to engage appropriate Advocates / Counsels for legal matter of the Company  - Regular interaction with senior officials of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Members of Tribunals, and other judicial authorities.  - Supports the Commercial Project Managers in fulfilling the commercial contract commitments from project start until the end of warranty.  - Drafting and vetting of various legal documents like MOU, Agreement, Undertaking and Special Power of Attorney etc  - Analysis of project contract details in relation to claim management/ Finalization of Claims for Arbitration   - Support the systematic enforcement of legitimate claims against contracting parties,   - Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for risk and opportunity management together with project management  - Support the senior management team for Developing risk mitigation and settlement negotiation strategies and to finalize claim strategies.  - Representing Company before various forums with or without Advocates / Counsels along with or without seniors.  - Providing advice on various legal issues involved in business and commercial transactions.  - Support the senior management team for embedding legal and compliance standards and procedures throughout the organization.  - Support the senior management to Develop, maintain, publish and archive clear and effective policies and procedures, guidelines and effectively address / ensure all compliances as per the applicable laws and regulations.  - Provide strategic support on business transactions (M&A, Divestment including sale/purchase of immovable property etc.) carry out legal due diligence, assess overall regulatory and compliance risks, identify and address key corporate law issues, such as those arising from the Companies Act, SEBI regulations like the takeover code, insider trading etc., RBI, assist in structuring, preparing documents, participate in negotiations and all related activities to ensure required business objectives are achieved effectively  Key skills :   - Legal/ Arbitration/ Drafting & Vetting/contract/ Joint Venture/tribunal  Desired Candidate Profile :   Education : UG - LLB , Preferred will be LLB with CS
