Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development ( MBA - Regular from TIER - I&II colleges) (only male candidate)
- Identification of the training needs of the employees with the agenda of improving and streamlining HR and other organization-wide process.
- Developing the training calendar, training modules & managing the training budget.
- Delivering training programme.
- Liaison and network with external agencies for the delivery of training programmes.
- Facilitating the process of external training programmes for employees.
- Conceptualize, Design & Develop training modules & instructional programs to enhance knowledge, skills & attitude of staff through theme-based workshops
- Establishing and periodically reviewing the methods for monitoring effectiveness of training programs at learning, behavioral and results level
- Induction, Performance Evaluation & Competency Mapping
- Planning of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Training Calendar and Training Budgets
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis & Devise Action Plans aligned with training objectives for BU and Veritcal Heads and their teams
- Designed, Developed & Implemented various CSR & Training Programs
- Responsible for ensuring Performance Quality of several large scale Projects & Training Programs through regular Audit & Compliance checks
- Planning and execution of OD initiatives and Operations development
