- - We are looking to appoint a Manager / Senior Manager - Learning & Development (L&D)- -

Job Objective :

To take care of all training needs arising out of the Head office. To handle all existing training programs

Ideal Candidate :

An MBA from a Premium B School with hardcore L&D experience of about 6 - 12 Years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute initiatives that support the firm's Learning and Development

- Focus on the Talent Development Strategy

- Support the creation and execution of initiatives to support the firm's Learning and Development mission

- Facilitate learning sessions

- Conceptualize content development and design

- Liaise with Business Partners to run the nomination based programs

- Act as a conduit for research, intelligence and external developments in the learning area

- Experience working in best-in-class, global organizations

Reporting to : Head L&D

Reportees : Individual contributor role
