Manager/Sr. Manager - Learning & Development
Location - Mumbai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will be leading and managing the Learning & Development efforts for the organisation, across levels and functions; including leadership development.
- Designing, developing and implementing a capability-based training framework for various roles in the organization
- Leading the Training needs analysis efforts both from an individual employee as well as organizational intervention perspective
- Understanding Behavioral and Leadership development needs of the businesses in order to design and deliver high impact learning programs
- Establishing and periodically reviewing the methods for measuring & monitoring effectiveness of training programs
- Support the development of High potential employees at senior and middle managerial levels, ensuring a robust pipeline of high performing professional talent
- Leading the efforts of Sales Capability Development to improve productivity and engagement
- Support subject matter experts in developing learning content and design in alignment with business needs
- Responsible for leading and driving the Corporate level capability development agenda in the organisation
- Responsible for implementation i.e facilitation of training programs ( both Classroom workshops and E-learning) and managing all the operational aspects of running a program right from nomination process to recording Impact evaluation/feedback
- Learning Management System - Lead and handle all aspects of the learning process in LMS including content management
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- MBA in Human resources from a Premier Institute
- 3-6 years of experience in handling Learning & Development function for medium to large-scale teams
