Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development - Cement Manufacturing

One of the Leading Cement Manufacturing groups based at Kolkata is looking out for a Learning and Development Specialist with hands on experience in the Manufacturing sector.

The ideal person should be a MBA with 4-8 years experience in Manufacturing set up in the Corporate HR department.

The person should be based at Kolkata and have hands on experience working on SAP and the below areas :

- Identification of Training Needs and Developing the Annual Training Calendar

- Multi skilling of Contract / Temping Agencies

- Employment Engagement

- Emplacement and identification of Training Vendors

- Engineers, Trainee & Technicians Development.

- Coordination for various training to be conducted across organizations

- The person should be confident, conceptually strong with excellent communications and presentation skills, would report to the Head HR.
