Manager/Senior Manager - Leadership Impact Specialist - KPO (7-11 yrs)

We have an urgent opening for the position of Leadership Impact Specialist- role (Manager/Sr.Manager) for Ahmedabad/Pune/Bangalore locations with one of the reputed KPO.

- Qualification - Graduation/PG from Top B Schools /Institutes (Tier 1 and Tier 2 college passouts can only apply for this job) -

Job responsibilities :

Leadership Impact Specialist :

- To deliver best in class learner experience and impact for centre teams with a focus on leadership development including Diversity & Inclusion and soft skill interventions

- Manage high learner impact and achievement of learning objectives by utilising the right delivery techniques - in the moment- (i.e. digital, face to face training, coaching incl. time for reflection etc.)

- Act as a development consultant driving the utilisation of Clients University

- Localise content of L&D solutions and decide on additional / amended delivery methods if needed (i.e. localisation), where needed engage & facilitate external suppliers to deliver key L&D priorities.

- Work with HRSSC team regarding the training administration and enablement

- People Management Training/Behavioural Training/Leadership Training - Executive Level- Top Management/Leadership Training.

- Act as first point of contact for key share holder ( be the voice of L&D ) ie, local HRBP, employer, supplier,& wider global L&D team.

- 7+ years experience in facilitation of training and coaching experience at different levels of hierarchy

- Instructional design

- Initial experience in utilising virtual channels for facilitation

- Understanding of the concept of the leadership pipeline, talent management and talent development processes

- Self-driven individual that connects quickly with individuals and audiences in order to build rapport

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Certified trainer / coach

- CIPD, SHRM or equivalent body accreditation desirable
