We have a job opening for one of the reputed Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Bulk Industry based at Visakhapatnam  DEPARTMENT : IT Infrastructure  POSITION : Sr. Manager/Manager - IT  EXPERIENCE : 8 to 20 Years  Relevant Experience (Pharmaceutical Company) : minimum of 7 years is preferred (or any manufacturing industry)  REPORTING TO : CEO  JOB LOCATION : Visakhapatnam (Ramky Pharma City SEZ)  Job Responsibilities  Relevant IT Infrastructure Certification  - Overall responsibility for the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including ERP, servers, PCs, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals  - Develop standard operating procedures and best practices and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.  - Candidate should be aware of database management methodologies like Backup and DR strategies.  - Candidate should demonstrate working knowledge in Domain methodologies and MS Office packages with MS projects and other software packages  - Candidate should be aware of LAN, WAN networking, Firewall, Switches and routers with complete IT network security issues.  - Knowledge of QC equipments, software's like Agilent open lab/waters etc.,, CC TV surveillance network and installations  - Candidate should be able to negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements where needed.  - Candidate shall handle IT budget and project management.   - Candidate should have good knowledge of mail server exchange/postmaster including email management  - Knowledge in setting up IT help desk, IT asset management, 21 CFR part 11 compliance understanding   - Will be responsible for overall IT operations  - Ensure smooth operations of all functions working on systems  - Identify the shortfall in IT infrastructure & Plan for augmentation in consultation  - Project implementation to drive timely delivery & installation of new IT equipment's   - Ensure IT infrastructure to all employees.  - Ensure adherence to SLAs and committed timelines for all IT functionalities  - Review of IT functions to be assessed every month.  Education :  B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, B.Sc - Computers, MCA - Computers, M.Tech., (IT) or (CSE) or related education ( with Similar experience)   Experience: Minimum 7-12 Years in Pharmaceutical industries  Skills required :  - Regulatory and customer audits facing experience.   - Documentation as per regulatory is essential  - Experience in validations of computers systems is desirable  - Very good at communication and client interaction  - Understanding on quality system and GMP   - Ability to lead cross-functional team with excellent interpersonal relation skill.  - Microsoft certified IT Professional (MCITP) and CISO certified network associate (CCNA) desirable  - Knowledge in implementation of SAP, LIMS, SDMS is preferable  - DESIGNATION, SALARY IS NOT CONSTRAINT FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE-   Please send your updated profile along with the following details   Current CTC : Current Company : Notice Period : Relevant Experience (IT Infrastructure) : Interested to relocate (VISAKHAPATNAM) : Interested candidates please send your profiles  Ravikant 9581829222
