Manager/Senior Manager - Internal Audit - Healthcare/Pharma

The job description would be as follows :

- Develop risk based audit programmes, carryout assessment and report

- Carryout risk based audit to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

- Monitor and appraise the action taken by the unit / operations management to correct reported non-adherence

- Co-ordinate and work along with external auditors. Follow up on the action plan committed by the unit / operations management

- Monitor the utilisation of internal auditor resources / team

- Coach and guide the assistant staff assigned to audit assignment

- Evaluating the design effectiveness of current team work, develop current matrix and test the effectiveness of the controls.

- Report to the Head of internal Audit on risk exposures, control issues or any other matter as required.

- Position is for Bangalore
