Position : Manager/ Sr. Manager-Internal Audit (Bank) - Leading Global Audit Firm

Role :

- Will set up an off shore desk for internal audit for one of our banking clients in the US

- Liaise with the Internal Audit Partner/Lead in US office, Head of Internal Audit and respective team at client

- Closely work with Banking Sector Lead (Partner or Director) and Operations Manager of client to get operational and technical input and incorporating the same into delivery model

- Building core knowledge of Internal Audit for Banking Sector with in team during set up activities

- Impart specific training to team members in India based on training and learning acquired during set up stage in US

- Ensure the onshore-offshore department is resourced with sufficient well trained and well-motivated staff and that staff are developed to their potential in line with current and predicted operational needs

- Maintain day to day client relationship activities and provide input, preparation and support to contractual Service Reviews

- Maintenance of Service Levels in offshore department and by overall engagement, ensuring a high level of customer service at all time.

- Initiate and support improvements to processes and techniques to achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness and to maximise productivity gains. Aim to operate at industry best practice level, where available

Requirements :

- CA/MBA with 6-10 years of experience in Internal Audit of Banks (US)

- Background in Internal Audit of Banking Industry, with exposure to US banking norms

- Must have worked with US Banking clients on areas like risk, controls and compliance

- Knowledge of US Banking Regulations and Internal Audit Issued

- Good communication and relationship management skills

- Open to travel
