One of our client is hiring candidates for the role of HR Manager/Sr. Manager role based in Vishakhapatnam  Position: HR Manager / Sr. Manager  Location: Visakhapatnam  Qualification: MHRM / MBA (HR)   - Handling all HR related issues.  - Responsible for initiating disciplinary proceedings i.e. framing of charge sheets, conducting of domestic enquiries, etc.   - Assists the DGM & RH-HR on the specific issues assigned to him from time to time such as man-power planning, (both management and non-management), and planning for PCMM.  - Finalizing the matters relating to increments, promotions etc  - Major Contribution in Business Excellence, HR Excellence Models and coordination with Head Office on the same.  - Handling the entire gamut of activities in Learning and Development   - Handling Employee engagement initiatives for the plant   - Hands on exposure in Training & generalist HR practices - Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal  Competency Profile required  - Contacts to be made and maintained by outside agencies like Govt. departments (State Labour Departments)/agencies such as labor, Management Institutes, Polytechnic Institutes and Professional Bodies like NIPM, HRD Network and ISTD etc.  - Handling all the Grievances raised employees with prompt response.  - Proactive ness and Spontaneity in dealing with the unions.  - Creation of a positive culture in the plant amongst all the employees.  - Entire gamut of Training management systems and procedures
