- The candidate shall be handaling a workforce of 1400 (Off roles and On roles)
- He will also be responsible for Talent Management and Chalking out the growth path for top talent.
- Career Mapping
- Formation of ways for KRA Assessment and Management
- Come up with Ways to retain talent and do performance management.
- The candidate will also be responsible for visiting sites and offices in various locations to assess and implement the above.
The candidate should be ONLY from the below mentioned institutes:
- XLRI
- MDI
- Symbiosis
- The candidate should have experience Projects / Technology / Electrical Companies
- Preference from ICICI /HDFC/Google/Microsoft etc.
- Stability is a very major criteria for the right candidate.
