Manager/Senior Manager Human Resources

HR Strategy and Policies :

- Formulate overall HR strategy for CFBI and align it with the business plans

- Review and approve all HR policies, methods and timelines for manpower planning, recruitment and deployment, personnel policies, performance management systems and timelines, compensation and benefits schemes, succession planning and talent development programs

- Establish and ensure implementation of HRIS systems in collaboration with IT to standardize transactional HR activities across all departments

- Identify and recruit external consultants / vendors for implementation of HR training's

- Plan and recommend the HR budget for the annual year to senior management for approval (salary, training programmes, admin facilities etc.)

Organization Effectiveness :

- Review organization structure design and role accountabilities from time to time to ensure that organization is structured effectively to suit the growth plans

- Lead the manpower planning process in line with growth plans and ensure that all functions have the optimal number of resources

Compensation & Benefits :

- Develop and ensure implementation of the overall performance management philosophy of the organization and align it with the organization's business objectives and guidelines

- Define compensation philosophy and ensure implementation of incentives plan in line with philosophy

Talent Management :

- Identify and manage relationships with recruitment consultants to enable efficient and effective talent search and selection system

- Oversee the organization's promotion process, succession planning, career pathing, fast track / employee rotation process i coordination with respective function heads to ensure key skills availability for sustained growth and business continuity

- Oversee implementation of employee engagement initiatives and employee recognition schemes to increase productivity and retention in the organization

Training & Development :

- Develop the organization's L&D strategy based on key business imperatives

- Oversee competency /skills gap analysis initiatives to identify and bridge talent gaps across departments

- Oversee annual training calendar creation and ensure training delivery for employees across levels in the form of technical managerial and soft skills building with the help of external / internal experts

Policies and Administration :

- Ensure that all HR policies are in compliance with applicable labour laws and other regulations

- Review administrative policies and ensure delivery of cost effective and timely administration services

- Ensure maintenance of clean, hygienic workplace in offices with all basic amenities
