Manager/Senior Manager - Human Resource - Compensation & Benefits - Life Insurance (7-12 yrs)
Span of control : Corporate position
Reporting : Head - C&B
Job profile :
- The incumbent will be responsible for leading the various projects under the C&B domain such as compensation bench-marking surveys, annual increment cycles, performance bonuses, sales incentives, rewards & recognition, etc.
End Results Key Activities :
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total
- Compensation compensation package that fits and is aligned to Philosophy our company's strategy and business goals.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect
- Annual Compensation financial and non financial compensations.
- Differentiate pay systems to invest in the
- Review Cycle segments of workforce that contribute the most value.
- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics.
- Develop a comprehensive R&R framework in line
- Rewards & with the organizations culture pillars & business objectives.
Recognition and Sales :
- Develop & deploy an effective Sales Incentive Incentives framework, keeping both short-term & long-term business objectives in mind.
- Ensure timely execution of all R&R programs.
- Bench-marking & Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
Market Intelligence :
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
- People Policy Framework
- Develop a comprehensive policy framework covering all elements of an employee lifecycle in the organization.
- Ensure adherence to the published policy documents across the organization.
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.
Knowledge And Experience Skills :
- 7+ years of experience in HR with a Proven ability to diagnose major part of it in Compensation & problems using strategic thinking

- Excellent people skills and strong appropriate solutions.

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced
- Strong Customer Orientation and team environment and to navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes.

Qualifications : MBA HR
Offered CTC : Negotiable + incentives, depending upon current CTC.
