Level: Manager/Sr Manager  Location - Gurgaon  Responsibilities:  Performance Management:  - Facilitate the performance management process within the team   - Supporting the practice in the yearly performance management exercise. Ensuring consistency in exercise in line with the priorities  - Creation of KPI framework, matric in line with the priorities  - Responsible for independently managing the yearly compensation/ benefits exercise in coordination with Business management group members  - Facilitating the year end activities for the service line - manpower budgets, salary cost projections etc.  Talent Management and development  - Work with L&E teams on planning appropriate learning interventions for staff  - Plan appropriate development interventions - Hi potential development, global mobility, succession planning, leadership development and coaching to identify and develop the second layer of leadership  Employee Engagement:  - Ongoing interaction with the staff in understanding morale boosters/ concerns - planning appropriate interventions on interaction with new joiners, lateral hires etc. (newsletters, events, knowledge forums etc.)  - Engaging with the Business in their reviews and driving HR policies/ processes through them  Independently managing the senior relationships:  - Managing the location teams in ensuring consistency in policies and processes  - Support the Advisory LOS engagement strategy to improve the team's scores  Exit management :  - Working on the attrition analysis for the business  - Highlighting key morale boosters/concerns to the Business leadership group and initiating action  - Ensuring all India compliance on exit process across all locations   MIS Reporting :  - Ensuring relevant monthly reports (utilization, attrition, cost, manpower, R&R etc.) are presented to the leadership group  - Assisting the Business leadership on any HR data required at various junctions.   Skills:  - Excellent written and verbal skills.  - Excellent program management and process development skills.  - Excellent relationship management skills.  - Strong leadership and influencing skills.  - Strong relationship management skills, organizational skills, coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally and cross-organizationally  - Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)  Qualifications:  - 8-10 years of relevant experience  - MBA in HRM or an equivalent degree from a top university
