Manager/Senior Manager - HR Operations - BFSI

One would be heading the HR operations PAN India for our 20000 employees. Its a senior role where one would lead the HR operations team.

Major KRA's:

Lead HR Ops & compliance - handling joining formalities & induction for laterals & campus hire, interns, deputations, transfers and exit formalities. Payroll processing & edit corrections, Leave and Time attendance for entire location. Co-ordination for salary inputs and flow related to promotion etc. Full & final calculations & settlements, Maintain the MIS of the entire unit & E-Documentation -

- Manage end-to-end of the Employee Life Cycle - On boarding, Hiring, Leave, Movement & Transfer, Promotion, Exit etc.

- Coordinating with vendors.

- Benefits administration (Understanding of different types of benefits as Medical Insurance).

- Responsible for employment contract management (releases, renewals and closures).

- Background and Reference Check management across locations including International locations.

- Communicate and ensure understanding by employees of laws, regulations & organizational policies and answer questions by managers and employees as needed.

- Execute and monitor grievance and disciplinary policies & procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.

- Have Handled a Team & Willing to work in a fast paced environment.

Salary offered: 12 - 14 LPA
