Position Duties & Responsibilities :  - Build strong and effective relationships with managers and staff at all levels of the organization.   - Act as a trusted HR partner to managers throughout the employees life cycle, assisting with recruitment, performance management, career pathing, compensation and benefits, learning and development and employee separation.   - Monitor compliance of all HR practices within a country with corporate, local HR, legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines.   - Advise managers on the implementation of local/cross-business function HR programmes, processes and initiatives to ensure that local business needs are met Implement local/ cross-business function initiatives that meet business needs and objectives.   - Manage industrial and employee relations, works with managers to ensure that decisions and actions in implementing corrective action are aligned with local labor regulations.   - Update and recommend human resource policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and business requirements.   - Manage and perform induction/ on boarding of new hires.   - Continually assess employee engagement and morale, and work with leaders to develop initiatives.   - Oversee recording and maintenance of HR information and employees records in HR Connect Partner with Compensation and Benefits and Country HR to collaboratively design and implement Total Rewards strategy in India to attract, retain and motivate the right talent within the organization.   - Assist Compensation and Benefits in conducting salary and job evaluations by providing data needed for surveys and provide recommendations on salary ranges and pay structures Maintain and manage employee benefits programs; partner with Compensation and Benefits and Country HR in recommending benefit programs.   - Assist in conducting pay and job evaluations by participating in surveys to provide recommendations in order to implement new pay structures.   - Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure that hiring requirements of India are met and recruitment strategies are implemented properly.   - Ensure succession plans are in place and implemented for all businesses in India.   - Work with managers in completion of mid-year and annual performance reviews and ensure performance gaps are addressed.   - Collaborate with Learning and Development and Country HR in developing learning and development strategies in India and ensures programs are rolled out and implemented. Work with HR Operations/Shared Services in resolution of complex employee issues; collaborates with HR Operations in ensuring India Knowledge Base or information in HR portal are updated at all times.   - Perform other duties assigned from time to time  QUALIFICATIONS :  - Excellent communication skills. Highly organized with attention to detail.   - Thorough knowledge of Indian Labor Laws and HR best practices.  - Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing HR business units.   - Work and interpersonal style that demonstrates commitment to teamwork and collaboration.   - Experience in managing HR Projects would be preferred  Salary offered: 15+ LPA
