Reporting To Head - HRBP

This role is an integral part of HR team, with the primary responsibility of driving the HR plan for the business unit. This includes, not limited to, managing the employee life cycle of the respective Business CoE, availability of the Talent, L&D interventions, annual processes viz Performance Management, Rewards, retention measures, providing day to day HR support, deployment of HR initiatives / interventions / projects, driving employee connects, HR MI & analytics, HR Governance, etc. The role holder will work with the respective Business teams and develop / implement predominantly short to medium solutions, aligned to business strategy / needs in collaboration with HR CoEs.

Key Accountabilities :

- Ability to impact and influence business leaders / managers and get things done. Well-developed networking and communication skills. High tolerance of ambiguity yet focused on tangible and measurable results.

- Proven ability to identify HR interventions to support business strategy and ensuring implementation to closure

- Experience of working with senior leadership teams on business critical initiatives.

- Hands on, strong operational approach

- Data driven

- Integrity and demonstrated commitment and dedication to the highest quality of professional work and service to clients.

- Build an effective communication plan / governance structure with the internal and external stakeholders.

- Self-starter and ability to multi task in a fast faced, dynamic environment

- Ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders across the organization

Qualification/Additional Knowledge

- MBA in HR

- Should have a good amount of experience in the Human Resources

Specific Position Related Experience:

Overall experience of 10 - 12 years out of which a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Human Resources or people related activities with well demonstrated abilities of people management in the current / previous roles.

Specific Knowledge

- Excellent Communications skills

- Focus on internal customers

- Ability to work in teams / share best practices

- Extremely good influencing skills

- Developed changed mindset

- Excellent relationship skills

- Core experience in the HR domain
