Role - Manager / Sr. Manager - Learning and Development
Location: Chennai
Head L&D, Location: Hyderabad
Position Summary:
The role-holder is responsible for the design and implementation of the behavioral skills and the leadership development framework and interventions for the leadership / leadership pipeline development at various levels across the organization. It would involve the following :
- Design of relevant leadership frameworks / tools and project plans
- Diagnose and develop effective training interventions around the framework
- Content development
- Execution and training delivery
- Evaluate the impact of training, efficacy of training interventions and methodologies used on an ongoing basis
- Bring in the contemporary methodology mix in learning and create a culture around leadership development
Experience: 8 to 20 years of work experience, of which at least 4 years managing training function / team
Essential Qualifications :
- MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management from an institution of repute
- Certification programs in facilitation / instruction design
- Knowledge of Psychometric tools is an added advantage
Responsibility :
- Support in the design of leadership development framework
- Design leadership / leadership pipeline interventions at various level
- Program manage the execution of interventions to be rolled out across the organization
- Evaluate the impact of training, the efficacy of the training interventions and methodologies used on an ongoing basis
- Bring in the contemporary methodology mix in learning and create a culture around behavioral skills and leadership development
