Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA - IT (5-10 yrs)

A reputed and renowned IT Services/Product client of SRP Talent Management is looking for an accomplished Finance Professional.

Role scope:

- Managing Company Finances, Accounts, Budgeting, MIS, Banking, Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Management, Inventory Control, and reporting monthly & annual accounts

- Ensuring Statutory & legal Compliance, VAT, IT, Excise, Service Tax, etc

- Handling & coordinating various tax assessments, liaising with VAT Consultants in various states

- Handling Statutory Audit and ensuring follow up of legal compliance & procedures

- Overseeing forward booking of material at appropriate level, carrying out past trend analysis

- Knowledge of ERP System, Dynamics XP; it had various modules such as Financial, Inventory, Production, Costing, Fixed Assets, etc. which helped in increasing more control and reduction in human errors

- Reviewing product wise costing & margin analysis and offered pricing strategy recommendation on regular intervals

- Evaluated procurement requirement of major raw & packing material

- Looked after Fund Management through internal accruals for refurbishment of Plant Facility Controlled finance cost and minimized debts

Must Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Debts & Equity Funds raising, Treasury Management, Merger & Acquisitions

- Business Plans & projections, MIS & Budgetary control, IT Knowledge, liaising & Investors relations. Extensive networking, International exposure, Finance, Accounts & Taxation Legal & Statutory

- Compliance Audits & Secretarial Cost control and Turnaround Commercials negotiation skill SOP & policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA/ ICWA with post qualification work experience of minimum 5-8 years.

- Knowledge of Tally software essential.

- Strong financial acumen.

- Willingness to learn and grow.

- Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel.

- Good relationship management skills and a good team player.

- Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts.

- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and execution skills.
