We are looking for a Manager / SM - Finance with our consulting client based at Noida.

CTC : 10 L - 15 L
Working Conditions : 9 am - 6 pm , 5 days, Client Location
Job Responsibilities :
- Finance, Accounting, Business Planning, Budgeting & Management Reporting
- Ensure day to day accounting is completed as per the best practices.
- Handling the Finalization of annual accounts ensuring compliance with various accounting standards.
- Preparation of Annual, quarterly and monthly budgets for the hotel and consolidating it for the portfolio.
- Monitoring the monthly closing of books of accounts and budgeting control functions.
- Preparation of Annual, Monthly Financial Statements, P&L, Balance Sheet and provide inputs to the management both for standalone and consolidated basis.
- Preparing cash/fund flow statement to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds and ensuring optimum utilization of available funds in line with corporate goals.
- Work closely with the finance team to support the operations.
- Work closely with the business teams to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Distributes outlook and forecast information as an up to date management tool for operating departments
- Implement and review financial controls and policies
- Analyse financial and management reports
- Ensure an up to date cash flow projection is maintained and maximizes cash flow performance of the hotel through controls on inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances
- MIS Reporting
Taxation & Internal Control :
- Ensuring timely assessment & filing of tax returns in compliance with statutory tax acts.
- Ensuring all the operating licenses of the hotels are operational and are complied with.
Audits & Statutory Compliances :
- Coordinating with Internal & Statutory auditors for conducting audits.
- Evaluating internal control systems to highlight shortcomings and provide inputs to the Management.
System Implementation :
- Follow systems & procedures with a view to ensure smooth functioning of finance & accounting operations across the organization. Handle account and control functions within the accounting system.
Desired Skills and Expertise :
- Must be a Chartered Accountant.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ERP system is preferred.
- Should be able to handle a team of 10-15 members.
