- Minimum of 1 year experience in Financial reporting

- Well versed with GAAP

Education Qualification: CA

Role Responsibilities:

- Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements

- Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.

- Preparation & Posting of Month End Journal Entries

- Performing Month End Close

- Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations

- Manage monthly inter-company reconciliations

- Ensuring the Monthly Reporting to Parent Company on time.

- Be independently responsible for Statutory Audit Compliance, Internal Audit Compliance, Tax Audit Compliance

- Filing/help of Corporate Income tax returns of the Company

- Handling various regulatory Compliance with respect to Service Tax, VAT, and FEMA etc.

- Ensure compliance to transfer pricing, RBI, Company law and other applicable guidelines/regulations

- Preparation of Annual Accounts as per Indian GAAP including Notes to Accounts, etc.

- Interaction with the Statutory, Tax and Internal Auditors of the Company.

- Ensure adherence of Legal, Tax (Direct and Indirect), Statutory compliance including documentation and assessments and internal control processes

- Able to multi-task and work to pre-defined deadlines in a cross-cultural environment

- Fluent written and presentation skills with the ability to positive influence outcomes

- Proactive, self - starter and hands on

- Ability to foster a co-operative work environment, be a good Team Player

- Establishes positive working relationships at appropriate levels
