Details about the position:

Position: Manager/ Senior Manager Enterprise Sales

Location: Mumbai

Requisites:

- MBA/PG/PGDBM with minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in sales

- Should have an understanding in corporate training products and services

- Should have an understanding in process improvement initiatives

- Should have an understanding in business and marketplace issues

- Should have knowledge on customer training needs

- Should have knowledge to resolve tactical/operational problems, monitors account activity and problems and Serves as customer advocate

- Should have excellent communication and writing skills, good presentation skills

- Should have knowledge on computers (MS Office)

- Should be self-motivated, self-starter

- Should be good time manager

- Should be a contributor to team across locations and leverages organization resources optimally to sell & serve customer

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for prospecting, identifying and developing new corporate clients.

- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets

- Responsible for understanding the training business and what drives profitability

- Responsible for analyzing leads and opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch

- Responsible to work under pressure

- Responsible for managing existing clients

- Responsible for maintaining good long term relations with existing and new clients
