Manager/Senior Manager - eCommerce Sales - B2B Sales (4-7 yrs)
Manager / Sr Manager eCommerce Sales (B2B only) for an MNC in Hyderabad.
About the role :
The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring new business, driving eCommerce through online sales for the region. The job involves working on our core B2B products of Resume Database & Job Postings along with planning and execution of sales cycle.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Identifying new opportunities with new business partners in online sales
- Drive category and sales revenues with E- tail / eCommerce partners such as Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
- Plan & execute different discount offer/s according to inventory /sales plan.
- Working on product catalogues, increase and participation in promotional offers and manage profits
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Field Sales teams
- Manage a team of two resources based out of Hyderabad
The ideal candidate must be a seasoned, high-energy sales executive possessing a strong sense of urgency with a strong performance-based track record of success. He or she must be capable of accelerating the growth while leveraging what has been built and play a role in establishing the industry's best customer-focused solutions sales teams.
Profile Requirement :
- Graduate / PG from a Premier School.
- Working experience of minimum 4 to 6 yrs and currently working in the eCommerce Industry into B2B Sales.
- Demonstrated exposure in eCommerce Sales, eCommerce category management with a sound background in digital marketing, online sales, eCommerce, and retail with B2B experience
- Experience in Channel Management with proven sales records
- Should possess strong knowledge of eCommerce business models
- Understanding and knowledge of online marketing, SEO, SEM, Social & Mobile marketing.
- Ability to identify key business opportunities and challenges in a very dynamic E- commerce market place through Acquisition
- Ability to make sound business decisions that balance competing and/or multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of the Inventory models, reporting infrastructure and business methodologies.
