Educational Qualifications: Bachelors /Masters in technology from tier 1 institutes.
- This person would have 1-8 year of experience, be smart, have high energy, and be a quick and eager learner.
- They would also be analytical and quantitatively driven, while being attentive to details.
- The role is cross-functional and requires the individual to own and push through projects that touch upon business, operations, technology, marketing, etc - basically work in an environment that allows, and requires, you to learn a lot about various functions.
Job profile:
- Responsible to ideate new product features and improve existing features (on web and mobile products)
- Be highly data driven and customer focused to understand opportunities for improvement through data, surveys and customer connect
- Work lean. Build out MVPs/proof-of-concept.
