Experience
MBA with 9+ years of experience in Digital strategy/ transformation across industries. Preferably from Strategy consulting firms with established digital strategy/digital transformation practice.
- Experience in independently leading client pitches / business development
- Experience in independently conceptualizing large digital transformation programs
- Experience in leading multiple teams / engagements
- Demonstrable deep subject matter expertise in one or more: Strategy/Sales/Marketing/Service/ Other customer facing functions
- Industries (One or more) : BFSI

Job Role :
- Client engagements
Create impactful strategies for client engagements
Manage large teams to ensure high quality delivery across engagements
Manage and monitor engagement economics, individual revenue targets and Quality requirements
Manage relationships independently at both pursuit and delivery stages

Identify and develop new business relationships and accounts
Build client and account relationships at CXO and business head levels
Independently manage large proposals and solutions
- Practice and people development

Skills and competencies:
- Experience in conceptualizing and building digital strategies based on robust business case
- Strong sector knowledge in own sector. Ability to apply knowledge across sectors
- Ability to independently analyze client situations and develop impactful digital strategies
- Define and execute multiple digital transformational plans aligned with client's business strategy and context. Understands implications a new strategy will have on business.
- Can draw insights from complex financial and quantitative analysis and integrate these insights and findings across work streams and come up with overall plan to drive digital strategy and solution development. Also, can structure and implement forecasting models and identify transformation opportunities
- Can identify company's key cost and value drivers and explain their priority / influence on client's digital journey
- Can develop strategies and operating models focused on 1 or 2 business units and assess likely competitive responses. Also, can assess implementation readiness and points of greatest impact
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Create a compelling message through a storyline in a deck. Can identify multiple storyline possibilities and choose best approach.
- Leads presentations for the entire project with the client. Advocates a point of view and orchestrates, addresses difficult questions/ conflicts during presentations
- Can engage stakeholders and drive colleagues to create consensus driven deliverables
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams
- Willing to travel extensively
- Published white papers, PoVs, thought leadership etc would be an advantage
Academic Qualifications
MBA from Tier-1 B-schools only
