Job Description:
The person would be a part of the Digital Analytics team primarily focusing Digital marketing measurement and Google analytics,.
Digital team is responsible for the end to end strategy, design/development and performance synthesis of digital platforms for digital banking group. The candidate would get a chance to work on multiple such initiatives.
The candidate is required to:
- Work closely with the digital banking business team to create measurements for pan India branches for digital marketing and analytics programs
Skill Sets required"
Relevant working knowledge of financial and banking products
- Google analytics is a must (experience in GAP Big query will be plus)
- Prior experience as Digital marketing analysis and measurement
- Good understanding of digital architecture and tools
- Digital transformation projects including KPI design and measurement experience
- Expertise on RDBMS tools such as Oracle, SAS and very good SQL knowledge is must
- Advance analytics model building using R / SAS E-miner / Python for digital projects
- Good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
- High level of motivation and be a fast learner
Key Result Areas: Measurement, advance analytics and reporting of pan-India branches in digital KPIs
Academic Qualification: Graduate background in Engineering/Statistics/Economics/Operations Research or M.B.A. (Finance/Marketing)
