Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Key Account - Education Group (6-11 yrs)
Job Title : Account Manager
Level : Manager/Senior Manager
Reporting to : Vice President - Corporate Alliances and Placement
Location : Mumbai
Primary Objective :
- The person in this position will be responsible for managing critical accounts. He/she will be solely responsible for the entire coordination with the customers and get more business from other verticals of the same business and new business as well.
- He/she would be responsible for retaining existing business.
- He/she would be handling the entire revenue management for the business and ensure external stake holder satisfaction. The person in this role will play a significant role in long- term in planning and execution.
Role Responsibilities :
Revenue Management & Customer Relations :
- Customer Relations.
- Set up strategy plan for getting new business from existing customers.
- Retaining existing business
- Meeting the customers on a weekly basis and as and when required for understanding the pulse and proactively understanding the issues and bridging the gap by providing a win-win solution at all times.
- Enforce Standard Operating Processes and coordination with the internal teams for the same.
Quality Control :
- Work closely with the quality team to ensure that the new business and existing business are in line with our quality standards of implementation
- Interact with them on a daily basis to understand the gaps and ensure to close the gaps within a stipulated time frame
Other responsibilities :
- Live the core values of the organisation by demonstrating Ownership mind-set, Innovation at work and engaging all stakeholders effectively
- Develop strategies & ensure maximum efficiencies in the utilization of human & financial resources
- Work with the Leadership Team to review operational processes & people issues
