We have one very urgent HR position in one of Best Life Insurance organizations across the following location

Base Location : Mumbai ( HQ )

Offered CTC : 7 lac to 11 lac p.a ( approx ) + incentives ; depending upon current CTC ; capped at approx 15-20 % hike on current CTC

Job Description:

Job Purpose :

To create a range of learning assets {ILT,E-Learning, Assessments, Video's, Learning Tools like Job Aids, Sales Tools etc} which build capabilities for learner's and enhance business value for client in the spaces of Sales Training, Operations Training and Behavioral Training.

Accountability :

- To innovatively create, develop, design and delivery - Training Programs and Learning Assets like ILT,E Learning and Sales Tools.

- To interact and collate information from SME {Subject Matter Experts} and seek relevant approvals from various departments for accuracy & representation of content.

- To incorporate Instructional Design Principles and ensure "ADDIES" is followed to meet business objectives.

- To conduct TNA {Training Need Analysis} and incorporate findings to produce an affective content where required.

- Team Management and Development

Requirement :

Details Essential Desirable :

Basic Qualification : Graduate and Good command

Instructional Design Qualification : MBA/ Post Graduate

No. of years of work experience : Atleast 7+ yrs in Content Space

Nature of experience (current job profile)In L&D Space is preferred. Should have handled a team. Project mangement exposure is a must. ID background with sound knowledge of conduct with stakeholders.

Job-specific/Technical skills required : Worked in areas related to Content, WBT/ILT, E Learning & Video creation, basic knowledge on behavioural skills is important.

Softwares like Articulate, Captivate, Design Theories, Assessments, behavioural experience.should be able to conduct TNA (Training Need Analysis), TTT (Train the Trainer)

Personality traits/ Behavioral skills :

- Good command over English, Collaborative, Travel for TNA & TTT. Should demonstrate willingness to learn & create all types of learning interventions, should be able to design programs in an effective manner

- Industry exposure Life Insurance companies/ Training Firms working for Life Insurance companies
