Manager/ Senior Manager (Consolidation) - U.S. Shifts (6-9 yrs)  Desired Skills and Experience : Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) with 6- 9 years of post qualification experience   Work Location : Noida  Shifts : (U.S Shifts) 6:30 pm - 3:30 am  Job description :  Function and scope of the position :   - Under limited direction of the Director of Consolidations, the Manager of Consolidations provides financial and business leadership for key consolidation of the worldwide businesses and holding company HFM entities.   - Consolidation processes include: Timely and accurate processing and reporting; recommending and implementing business and systems process improvements; compliance with policies, procedures, internal controls and GAAP Provide onsite guidance to senior financial analysts responsible for Consolidations work.   Primary responsibilities of the position :  - Ensure that financial reporting for HFM entities is in accordance with GAAP, procedures and internal controls with use of check templates and inquiry based on trend reviews. Includes coordination with Deer field on template updates and circulation of information to all HFM entities.   - Assisting senior financial analysts with monthly close review of HFM submissions. Provide guidance on how to address issues with information submitted by HFM entities (Countries).   - Ensure compliance with SOX controls for consolidations area. This includes maintenance of proper documentation supporting review of data and actions taken to address issues.   - Responsible for the monthly inter company reconciliation between the entities. Includes communication with countries submitting HFM data and variances between units. Includes calculation of Quarterly and year end adjustment for posting to regions.   - Responsible for the coordination of the AP to Capex adjustment to be booked in each region. Communication to regions on delays and follow up on unusual variances.   - Responsible for the balance sheet review on trends in sub ledger information (Q accounts).   - Review HFM journals prepared by senior financial analysts for posting in HFM. Ensure proper supporting documentation.   - Responsible for communication on monthly close updates for HFM reporting units. Key interface between GP personnel and Director of Consolidations/HFM reporting on matters relating to the Consolidation of financials.   - Work on monthly and quarterly tax entries. Help manage the year end tax close process and maintain proper controls over process.
