One of the Leading Cement Manufacturing groups based at Kolkata is looking out for a Compensation and Benefits specialist with hands on experience in the Manufacturing sector.

- The ideal person should be a MBA with 4-8 years experience in Manufacturing set up in the Corporate HR department.

- The person should be based at Kolkata and have hands on experience working on SAP and the below areas:

- Wage/ Salary

- Performance Incentives

- Performance Management Systems

- Final Settlement

- C & B Policy Implementation

- Grievance & Redressal

- The person should be confident, conceptually strong with excellent communications and presentation skills, would report to the Head HR.
