Manager/Senior Manager - Commercial Procurement - Media

About the Client :

A leading Media conglomerate and a publisher of some of the best known magazines in the country.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Devising and using fruitful sourcing strategies

- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships

- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms

- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services

- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

- Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies

- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs

Skills Required :

- 6-10 years of overall experience majorly in commercial/ sourcing space

- Experience in Media/ Events will be highly preferred

- Negotiating, analytical and decision-Making Skills
