Manager/Senior Manager - Channel Development - Consumer Durable

We have an urgent opening for one of the leading Consumer durable organization for the profile of Channel Development Manager in Delhi location.

Designation:- Channel Development(Manager/Sr. Manager)

Experience:- 10 to 18 years

Location:- Delhi

Job Responsibility:-

Define different channels way of working

- Train the channel partners on implementing the way of working

- Travel to minimum 3-4 partner location every month to handhold them in implementation

- Coordinate and resolve channel level operational issues including IT, systems; help hire the right people for the channel partner

- Conduct regular meets for channel partners across the country to execute the plans properly

- Feedback from market to Head-SOP on specific changes in monitoring KPI's for different regions/ partners - to build an ecosystem of fairness, trust, and compliance to norms

- Help select, train and develop new channel partners in the system
