- Coordinate, identify and initiate product registration in various countries in West Africa  - Establish distributor/ retail channel in Nigeria/ West African countries  - Front line sales and collection of receivables with specific targets  - Travel extensively in West African countries to liaise with regulatory authorities/ field trials for product approvals  - Manage and Supervise imports/ warehousing and distribution.  - Develop brand image of our product range, product promotional activities.  Desired Candidate Profile :  - Good knowledge of agribusiness, technically sound in crop and pest profile, etc  - Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills  - Candidates with B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture) essential . MBA in Agribusiness Management will be an added advantage.  - Candidates should have prior experience of working in fertilizer /pesticide or similar industry.  - Good knowledge of agribusiness, technically sound in crop and pest profile, etc  - Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills  - Exposure to retail business is preferable  - Candidates with fluency in French language preferred  - Candidates only willing to relocate to Nigeria may apply.  - Emoluments and other benefits as per Company standards.
