Looking for a candidate for a leading pbank with experience in business analytics and strong working knowledge of SAS and data mining tools. Candidates from Mumbai preferred.  The person would be a part of the Business Analytics team primarily focusing on Customer Experience Analytics, within the BIU team.  The candidate would be required to take up the complete ownership of this space. The Business Analytics team is responsible for the end to end tracking, reporting and synthesis on customer experience for multiple business units across products and functional areas.  The candidate is required to:  - Create a reporting mechanism by metricizing key customer pain points/queries for senior management  - Regular synthesis on queries/complaints/escalations with key recommendations on improving the metrics on the same  - Track - customer interactions- at various touch points across the bank and their effect on customer value  - Understand operational processes like direct mails to customers/delivery status etc. which impact the customer directly and recommending changes to it.  - Build machine learning models to predict negative customer experience and proactively solve customer issues  - Create a campaign framework for proactively reaching out to customers and track performance of the same  - Focus on creating infrastructure for storing all negative customer experience details  - Map the relevant consumer profile to their expected level of service experience  Skill Sets required  - Should have in-depth and thorough knowledge of customer experience strategy, design and performance monitoring - 3-4 years of relevant experience  - Should have relevant working knowledge of financial and banking products  - Should be able to bring in new and innovative ideas on enhancing customer experience through innovation and process implementation - including use of different channels  - Should have strong working knowledge of SAS and data mining tools  - Should have good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills  - Should have high level of motivation and be a fast learner  Key Result Areas  - Reduce customer complaints/escalations/queries/non mail deliverables to enhance customer experience  - Regular synthesis of current customer interactions/resolution of queries and implementation of new process to reduce negative experiences  Academic Qualification:  Graduate background in Engineering/Statistics/Economics/Operations Research or M.B.A. (Finance/Marketing)
