Manager/Senior Manager - Business Analysis/Control/Reporting - Pharma

Role :

- To prepare and provide support to the Controlling and Group Reporting team in planning and driving budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization.

- Continuous focus on improving the profitability of the business and improving the market share

- To report the actual P&L and product profitability timely & accurately

- To produce meaningful variance analysis/reports vs. Budgets/Forecasts to support decision making by senior management

- To play active role in preparation of P&L and product profitability - Forecasting & Budgeting

- To continuously monitor, control, consolidate and report Actual activities and expenditure against budgets to the India team and the Group periodically.

- To prepare periodic analysis and reports for inputs to decision making by senior management.

- Provide value added support for new business initiatives as and when required

Requirements :

- CA/ CWA with 6-13 yrs of post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis preferably in Consumer Goods/ FMCG or Pharma companies

- Excellent Analytical skills and open mind to think out of the box

- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills

- Good oral and written communication
