We have a job opening with one of our leading client:  LEVEL: MANAGER/SM BRANDING  QUALIFICATION: TOP MBA ONLY (TIER 1)  LOCATION: GURGAON  Strategy development:  - Unearth insights from primary & secondary sources & be the voice of consumer logic.  - Ensure that research & direct consumer data is used to consistently sharpen our strategic focus  - Interface with the product marketing group to influence the pipeline of products/ propositions  Creative development:  - Management of workflows & timelines for development of ATL campaigns (across TV, print, retail, digital, outdoor & radio)  - Complete oversight from brief to output for all BTL campaigns  - Manage 3rd party vendors (e.g. film producers, photographers) to ensure we get best in class quality  In market efficiency:  - Ensure management of timelines for campaign (ATL & BTL) development  - Ensure total compliance with brand guidelines  - Liaise with Circles to ensure most effective deployment of campaigns  - Work with the media team to ensure that most efficient solutions are deployed   People Development / Team Management :  - Ensure that agency resources are fully engaged/ keen to work on our business
