Manager/Senior Manager - Bid Management - BPO

We have an urgent requirement with one the leading BPO based in Gurgaon location

Position : Manager/SM - BID Management

Shift timings : 1PM - 10 PM

- Annual/quarterly updates in line with group policy. Making sure that our content is in line with group content, logos updated etc.

- Working with the bid solutions team and UK SMEs to refresh content periodically.

- Update content within the online library following bid team submission review

Research :

- Monthly UK competitor analysis and market changes/ influencers

- Key clients, key prospects, and background/info on key decision makers / influencers

Standard content population :

- Request For Information

- Questionnaires

- Information requests

- Sourcing material for other departments to use (templates, creds decks, case studies, EMEA/Global information requests)

- India bid support

- The Go To person for the UK Bid Team to work with to source India content for India offshore opportunities for UK based clients
