We are looking for Sales Managers & Senior Sales Managers with 5-9 years of sales experience, who will report into our Zonal Sales Head, and be responsible for the end to end sales process of his zone.

- This role will focus on executing the sales plans across the country. We will be targeting businesses of all sizes for adoption & monetization,though the primary focus would be on organizations that have an employee strength of 200 or above.

- You will be responsible for end to end sales related processes to organizations based out of your city.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

- Hunting for new clients and leads in your zone

- Aggressively pursuing leads and exceeding sales targets for new users

- Making targeted pitches to prospective customers

- Gathering feedback from clients for product enhancements

- Tracking and monitoring relevant metrics pertaining to sales activity - such as lead generation, client addition rate, conversion time, turnaround time etc in our CRM

- Reporting daily/weekly/monthly metrics

- Generating prospective leads for customers in different sectors by participating in relevant events covering different sectors

- Being abreast about the latest developments in the enterprise messaging space

Candidate requirements :

- Relevant graduate degree. MBA from a premier b-school would be added advantage

- 5-9 years of experience in sales of tech products/services to enterprises primarily selling to IT heads, CIO's & CTO's.

- Have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effectively targeted pitches

- Ability to work with aggressive targets, and think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock

- Hands on and believe in getting things done effectively

- Aggressive and target oriented

- Ability to assess market trends and shape sales strategies

- Excellent analytical capabilities

- Possess excellent communication skills

- Excellent networker and have the capability to build and maintain strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients alike

Number of positions :

Mumbai : 1 position (female only)

Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai : 2 positions Each
