Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics - IT

We have opening with one of your US based IT client based at bangalore

- We are Looking for an experienced Data Analyst to be part of Sales Operations Research and Analytics. In their role as a Data Analyst, this hands-on individual will proactively engage with both business executives and data architects, helping to develop and manage the various analysis services cubes and databases needed to support sales operations, as well as performing advanced analysis on the various data sources. Success in this role will effectively improve the Go-To-Market selling ability of sales teams, as demonstrated by improved financial performance of Salesmakers and Sales Leaders by providing insights based on data analysis.

Role Responsibilities :

- Analyze data and develop reports as needed for training and performance metrics, especially looking for statistical correlations and trends.

- Design and support development of statistical models that will enable faster and better decision making and prioritization of investments

- Provide support and problem resolution of LMS issues and drive adoption and usage of LMS environment functionality.

- Own the SST database, ensuring accuracy, creating reports, and supporting learning programs with database functionality.

- Work cooperatively with others and educate them to be proficient with data analysis techniques.

Requirements :

- 8+years relevant experience in data analytics, statistics and database management.

- Strong background in statistical analysis.

- Technical proficiency with MS SQL and MS Excel, Saba Cloud LMS, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.

- High degree of intellectual curiosity as well as strong business acumen

- Proficiency in the reading, writing, and accent-neutral speaking of the English language.

- Verifiable experience and proficiency with functioning autonomously and with little direct supervision.

Preferences :

- 8+years experience in research and analytics

- Experience working in teams in a matrixed organizational structure.

- Knowledge of and recent usage of SPSS or Minitab software
