Manager/Senior Manager - Affiliate Marketing - Healthcare

Experience : 7-10 Years

Role : Based in Delhi

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and hands-on tactical delivery to met awareness and lead generation targets - including mediums like Search, Social, Affiliate Marketing programs and etc.

- Recruit new affiliates & strategic partners; build relationship with affiliates for better reach & visibility.

- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement & maximize campaign performance.

- Implement strategy for affiliate programs, including awareness & acquisition tactics to achieve business targets.

- Developing marketing automation strategies to deliver high quality, rigorously qualified leads for our sales teams

- Monitoring and reporting on competitors affiliate campaigns and promotions Monitoring and refreshing the online creative at regular intervals.

- Proactively develop and grow the performance ad network, exploring new opportunities, partnerships and formats.

- Launching new app download campaigns & bringing more ROI efficiency in the existing campaigns through various multi-level optimizations.

- Developing annual affiliate campaign calendar & rollout plans Management of partner relationships.

- Regular interaction and collaboration with design, & product team Develop MIS dashboards for tracking & reporting of all campaigns

Desired Skill Sets :

- At least 5-8 years digital marketing experience with a minimum of 2-3 yrs experience in building and managing affiliate marketing programs, ideally with internet retailer, Insurance or Banking

- Demonstrable success in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating email marketing campaigns

- Demonstrable financial control experience of online campaigns, including reconciliation and forecasting

- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
